Policy

LOCAL PICKUP OPTIONS

  • Local pickup options in Greenfield, CA or Salinas, CA

  • Order processing can take 1-2 days to prepare before it is ready for pickup

  • Once your order is ready, we will schedule a pickup time that works best for you

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • We currently ship to all 50 states in the U.S. (shipping to U.S. Territories is not available

  • We cannot not ship to PO Boxes.

  • Shipping time & delivery: Standard shipping via FedEx can take 2-5 days for your package to be delivered.

  • Shipping Methods: Standard shipping & Express methods are available. Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses.

  • Order processing: Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. After processing, your package will be sent to ship by the next available business day.

  • Shipping days: Orders are shipped on business days only: Monday-Friday. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 9 am PDT or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
